Kickball - Field Setup (bases & lining)Set the bases and line the field starting at 6:30 PM so it is ready before teams arrive at 7:30 PM. Pull the bases at teardown.Setup/Teardown
Kickball - Food & Grill Crew 1 (student leader)This is a student leader slot. Food prep starts at 6:30 PM and service runs from 8:15 to 9:30 PM. Grill and serve burgers and hot dogs.Dining Lead

Kickball - MCRun the mic for the night. Give the welcome and rules at 8:00 PM, keep the games moving, run the derby, and call the awards at 9:50 PM.MC/Host
Kickball - Prizes & AwardsHold the prizes and hand them out at the 9:50 PM awards. The scorekeeper's results determine the tournament and derby winners.Other
Kickball - Scorekeeper / BracketTake the team list from registration at 8:00 PM and run the bracket, tracking who plays next, who advances, and who wins. Hand the winners to the MC and the prize handler before the awards at 9:50 PM.Other
